My Warranty

Your Mountain Glen harp is guaranteed for 5 years to be free of defects in workmanship and materials. If a problem occurs, all repairs will be made free of charge.

For warranty to be valid, the Correct String Sizes Must Always Be Used on each Mountain Glen harp. Please contact Mountain Glen Harps, or Markwood Heavenly Strings, for replacement strings.

This guarantee does not cover shipping costs and does not apply to accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or damage due to alteration, or radical changes in humidity or temperature. Normal wear on sharping levers and broken strings are also not covered. Warranty is valid for the original owner only.
