Cherry Wood
Cherry Wood produces a warm and sweet tone that is very pleasing and mellow. It`s color deepens with age into a beautiful deep red color. Cherry Wood has a very good structural strength, and yet is of fairly light weight. I have built 34 string Cherry wood harps to be as light in weight as 15 lbs.
